A two bedroom loft style townhouse located in a great location in Panorama BC. Ski In/Out, Bike In/Out!

This cozy and bright place has all that you need to make a wonderful vacation with family or friends. Has a private patio with stunning mountain views. Steps away from Toby Creek ski lift, hot tubs and a BBQ area. 2 min walk to the gondola and general store.

Take the gondola to cafes, bars and restaurants, pools, hot tub, sauna and the ski hill! We can't wait for you to experience it!

The space

A cozy ski in-ski out 2 bedroom condo located within walking/skiing distance of the Toby Chairlift on Panorama Resort.

Entry from mainfloor, store your skis and gear in the entrance and come up the stairs to the main living room, dining room and kitchen area.
Relax in front of the fire or sit on the deck in the summer. Full size kitchen and dining room table with extra leaves for those big family dinner parties.

One washroom is on this floor with a shower with shampoo/ bodysoap. Laundry (washer and dryer ) are also on this floor.

Head upstairs to access the two bedrooms, master bedroom with a queen size bed and closet with TV for watching in bed. The other bedroom has three single beds. The washroom has a bath & shower with shampoo/bodysoap.

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay.

Great news, your booking rate includes the Panorama Resort check-in charge and resort fees.

The Strata allows only fire logs to be burned in the fireplace. These can be purchased at the Panorama General Store not far from our place, or for a bit cheaper at a larger atore in Invermere (like Home Hardware or Canadian Tire)

The communal BBQs are only available during the summer and winter months due to increased bear activity in the spring and fall.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Resort amenities are subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances. These are beyond our control.

House Rules

- Quiet time is from 10pm - 7am.
- No smoking or vaping on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the property.
- Please ensure you follow all strata and resort rules - information available locally or within the guest guide.
- Do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations.
- Please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. There have been several blockages cleared this year due to wipes and grease. Additionally, please do not put grease, of any kind, down any sink drains.
- Please dispose of your garbage at the local dumpsters, including at departure - thank you.
- Lost or missing amenity access cards will incur a $75 charge per card.
- Please note, that a fine of up to $1000 will be issued if the house rules are not obeyed. Furthermore, in addition to a fine, you could be asked to vacate the property.
- Checkout is strictly 10 am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to check out on time incurs a $100 fine.

Please be aware that sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, Panorama Resort may need to close resort amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.
