The space
Cozy and stylish mountain studio apartment in the lower village of Panorama.Ground floor studio with outdoor table and seating with BBQ. Indoors has a ski/board storage area, sofa and chairs in front of the fireplace and TV. The sofa pulls out into a bed as well.
4 dining chairs and a circular dining table. Kitchen with all general kitchen facilities (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and freezer).
Bathroom with bath/shower (with shampoo and body soap), sink and toilet.
Perfect for a couple or small family get away.

The Strata allows only fire logs to be burned in the fireplace. These can be purchased at the Panorama General Store not far from our place, or for a bit cheaper at a larger atore in Invermere (like Home Hardware or Canadian Tire)
The communal BBQs are only available during the summer and winter months due to increased bear activity in the spring and fall.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Resort amenities are subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances. These are beyond our control.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 10pm - 7am.- No smoking or vaping on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the property.
- Please ensure you follow all strata and resort rules - information available locally or within the guest guide.
- Do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations.
- Please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. There have been several blockages cleared this year due to wipes and grease. Additionally, please do not put grease, of any kind, down any sink drains.
- Please dispose of your garbage at the local dumpsters, including at departure - thank you.
- Lost or missing amenity access cards will incur a $75 charge per card.
- Please note, that a fine of up to $1000 will be issued if the house rules are not obeyed. Furthermore, in addition to a fine, you could be asked to vacate the property.
- Checkout is strictly 10 am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to check out on time incurs a $100 fine.

A lovely spot for a weekend skiing. Very well furnished and supplied. Had everything we needed. Would love to stay there again.
Awesome location, super comfortable bed and furniture. All required cook ware and more. Exactly as described in ad, easy to follow instructions to get to suite. Under ground heated parking very close to suite entrance.
Great location, quiet, peaceful, well located for accessing ski slopes, very clean, in working order, overall we were very pleased and would hope to stay there again! Thank you

Place was very nice and clean, easy to find and close to the skiing that I wanted to get to. Place was appropriately sized for a couple and maybe 1 or two others!
