As you enter our townhome, you’ll find a convenient spot to store your skis and hang your coats, making it easy to transition from your outdoor adventures to relaxing indoors. Head upstairs to the main living area, where a fabric roll-away baby gate ensures peace of mind for families with young children.

The communal BBQs are only available during the summer and winter months due to increased bear activity in the spring and fall.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.

House Rules

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7am.
- Strata specific rules:
- There is parking for one vehicle at Riverbend. More parking spaces can be found up at the main resort parking lot (first come first served). Please observe all local signage. Any violation of bylaws could mean vehicle is towed at owners expense.
- No trailers, recreational vehicles to be parked on the common property or land.
- Vehicles parked on strata property must not leak fluids onto the ground. Fines for cleaning will be issued by the strata.
- No cooking devices can be used on the deck, balcony, or patio. Please use the resorts’ communal BBQ areas.
- Do not feed wildlife or animals on the strata common property.
- Do not place chairs, tables or other objects on the lawns and grounds, so as to prevent damage.
- Conduct any illegal activity within the property or common property.
- No smoking or vaping on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Please ensure you follow all strata rules - information available locally or within the guest guide.
- If you are here for work, please do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations.
- Please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. There have been several blockages cleared this year due to wipes and grease. Additionally, please do not put grease, of any kind, down any sink drains.
- Please dispose of your garbage at the local dumpsters - thank you.
- Lost or missing amenity access cards will incur a $75 charge per card.
- Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued if the house rules are not obeyed. Furthermore, in addition to a fine, you could be asked to vacate the property.
- Checkout is strictly 10 am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to check out on time incurs a $100 fine.
- If there are blue towels in your unit, please ensure they remain in the unit as these are ours, and not the resorts. Lost or missing towels will incur a charge of $15 per towel.
- We use 'Know Your Guest' by Superhog: the leading vacation
rental guest-screening provider. Please review the information provided within the listing.
