The space

Welcome to our inviting corner condo at Panorama Resort's Summit Lodge, where the perfect mountain getaway awaits you! Step into the cozy lounge area, where tall windows flood the space with natural light, offering glimpses of the breathtaking scenery outside. The vaulted ceiling adds a touch of charm to the room, creating an atmosphere that is both warm and welcoming. Sink into the comfortable seating, unwind in front of the gas fireplace, and enjoy your favourite shows or movies on the Roku smart TV.

Step outside onto your private patio and discover your own little slice of mountain paradise. With a table and four chairs, it's the ideal spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air or to savor a delicious meal as the sun sets behind the peaks.

When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find comfort and relaxation in the well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed (two twins joined by sheeting), perfect for a restful night's sleep, as well as its own TV for late-night entertainment. Freshen up in the ensuite bathroom, complete with a bath/shower combo and plush towels. The queen bedroom offers stunning mountain views and plenty of closet space for your convenience.

In the dining area, gather with family and friends for meals prepared in the full kitchen, equipped with all the essentials you need for cooking up a storm. From salt and pepper to cooking oil and fresh coffee, we've got you covered!

With a nice entrance area for storing boots and coats and a second bathroom with a tub/shower, this condo has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking.

Please note, the owners of this home have a dog that sometimes stays. However, guests are not permitted to bring their pets. Fines will be issued if there is evidence of an unauthorized pet stay.

The communal BBQs are only available during the summer and winter months due to increased bear activity in the spring and fall.

Great news, your booking rate includes the Panorama Resort check-in charge and resort fees.

House Rules

- Quiet time is from 10pm - 7am.
- No smoking or vaping on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Please ensure you follow all strata rules - information available locally or within the guest guide.
- If you are here for work, please do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations.
- Please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. There have been several blockages cleared this year due to wipes and grease. Additionally, please do not put grease, of any kind, down any sink drains.
- Please dispose of your garbage at the local dumpsters - thank you.
- Lost or missing amenity access cards will incur a $75 charge per card.
- Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued if the house rules are not obeyed. Furthermore, in addition to a fine, you could be asked to vacate the property.
- Checkout is strictly 10 am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to check out on time incurs a $100 fine.

Please be aware that sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, Panorama Resort may need to close resort amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.
