This unique and luxurious oversized one-bedroom condo at Ski Tip Lodge is an absolute rare find in Panorama. Overlooking the chairlift area with two private patios, you are guaranteed great mountain views! There's a full bathroom, half bathroom, large open plan living space, a king bed, and a large kitchen. All in all, this mountainside condo is a diamond. Excellent location and totally luxurious. We know our condo will not disappoint.

The space

Entering into this extra large one-bedroom condo you immediately see a large and fully renovated home. Immediately to your right is a closet and the kitchen is on your left.

KITCHEN AND DINING
A lovely large open-concept kitchen with all the large and small appliances you expect in a modern kitchen. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and coffee for you to use during your stay. At the kitchen counter, you will find some bar stool seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is the four-seater wooden dining table.

LOUNGE
Here you will find an exceptionally comfortable leather sectional. There's also a large TV with Shaw Direct cable.

PATIOS
Both patios overlook the ski hill. The views are uninterrupted and quite wonderful. The patio off the lounge area has a high table and chairs.

BATHROOMS
You will find the half bathroom on your left as you enter the condo, and the full bathroom is located just off the master bedroom. The full bathroom has a tub-shower combo, and we supply hotel-quality towels and locally sourced body wash/shampoo for you to use during your stay.

BEDROOM
The large master bedroom has a king bed, TV with cable, gas fireplace, stacked laundry, a small patio overlooking the ski hill, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite. You will find the WIFI router under the bedside table. For your comfort, the bed is dressed in hotel-quality linens.

Guests have access to the whole condo and all resort amenities.

Please note, the owners of this home have a dog that sometimes stays. However, guests are not permitted to bring their pets. Fines will be issued if there is evidence of an unauthorized pet stay.

The Awning on the Patio should remain closed. If you do need it out, PLEASE don't forget to put it back in. Wind will damage it.

Do not leave windows open when unattended as dust / pollen makes its way in very easily when the wind picks up.

The unit stays coolest with the blinds down and the windows closed.

Please do not sit on the back of the couch as it damages the head rests.

The communal BBQs are only available during the summer and winter months due to increased bear activity in the spring and fall.

Great news, your booking rate includes the Panorama Resort check-in charge and resort fees.

- Do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property.
- Please dispose of all your own garbage during your stay with us (including at checkout) as there are no local garbage collection services.
- Please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. There have been several blockages cleared this year due to wipes and grease.
- Additionally, please do not put grease, of any kind, down any sink drains.

Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house or Strata rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Very clean and easy to stay. Fantastic views and nice deck. Would be great to have a chair and table to enjoy the fireplace in the . Recommend a better bottle opener and a new small frying pan. otherwise all kitchen items in great condition

Very spacious unit with well stocked kitchen - was really great as we prepared our own meals knowing that restaurant selection on the hill is minimal. Nice, central location so everything is walkable, too. Would recommend if you want easy access to everything but note that it is a bit noisy as all the action is essentially 3 floors below your balconies. Would definitely return for a winter ski trip!

Fantastic place! Huge condo, right in the heart of Panorama. Perfect for people watching, super easy access to restaurants, the gondola, pools, summer lifts, everything. We enjoyed both decks, the place had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners. We would return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawna's place. The apartment is very spacious; the kitchen has everything you need, and the balcony has a nice view of the mountain. The location is great. The pool, restaurant, shops, and resort gondola are all within walking distance.

Should have read closer that the unit was not air conditioned. Very hot inside the unit when we arrived at the end of a 35+ week. Air conditioner helped cool the bedroom down a bit but still quite warm inside. Unit faces the hill and all the activities so lots of children screaming and people noise. no fault of the owner, but not the quiet relaxing stay we were hoping for. Limited dining options at the resort so we ended up making several trips to Invermere.

Ryland's place was fantastic. The apartment was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had every amenity I needed. The location was super convenient too. Ryland was an excellent host - friendly, responsive, and provided great local tips. I slept so well in the comfy bed. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The coffee beans and grinder was surprising and a lovely touch. The ice trays were full and ready which was amazing! Place was super clean. There is a reverse osmosis on the water in kitchen ! Washer and dryer in unit was very helpful after our very dusty ATV excursion, we were very grateful. The ski tip building is very central to everything, pools, restaurants, stores, everything was right where it needed to be. Panorama is perfect relaxing spot with lots to do if you want to. And also just enjoy the wildlife and relax if you don’t. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us. Hope to be back soon.

Had a lovely stay at this place in Panorama BC. Highly recommend it instead of staying in radium or Invermere. One of the most beautiful drives I’ve had and once you get there the scenery is great. 10/10 !!!

Huge one bedroom apartment with plenty of storage space including a walk-in closet. Very convenient location next to the main chairlift, and you can have a lunch on the apartment's balcony with beautiful views of the slopes and mountains. During our stay at the resort there were short of keys, and upon check-in (Central Check-In office), only one key (card) was issued to each apartment, with no exception. This is quite inconvenient when you are with children who want to ski separately. Either way, it has nothing to do with the apartment itself and we really enjoyed our stay at Shawna's place.

Great place and the location at the base of the mountain is great. The unit is what as described, hence the 5stars, but there were some issues. First off the ‘Guide to your Stay’ wasn’t clear on ski locker usage, stating a combination was provided for the ski lockers in the unit but there was no lock on the ski locker nor other information provided. We had to get our own lock for the locker. Secondly, the thermostats in the unit do not seem to work, no matter how low we turned them down the unit was always at 26 degrees celsius which was uncomfortably hit when trying to sleep, and if you opened the windows for air you would be woken up by the cats plowing the mountain over night and individuals leaving the bars at closing time. Lastly, the lighting in the bedroom is basically non existent, and there are no plugs next to the bed for charging phones etc over night or having an alarm. The only plugs are on the opposite side of the room.

I booked last minute with Shawna and was not disappointed! It’s truly such a gem in panorama and is above and beyond surrounding units. The in floor heating was amazing and there is so much space in this unit!! Definitely the best building to stay in at panorama as well with a bunch of extra amenity access and a gorgeous view of the hill. Thanks again Shawna can’t wait for our next stay with you!

Probably one of the best locations in Panorama. 4th floor looking directly towards the main chairlift was great for watching bikers come down the mountain. Amazing views from the main balcony. Kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. More than 2 towels would have been nice but that’s minor.

Shawna's place is to the perfect location to ski, mountain bike or just relax for the weekend. Very clean , no clutter. The kitchen is fully stocked. Easy check in/check out. The only suggestion I have is she needs a fan or two for the summer months. BC summers are very hot and the condo is on the fourth floor. We opened windows early morning and completely shut it down before it got hot, however still too hot to handle sleep. . A fan or two would make it perfect. This place is still worth the 5 stars. Thank you for hosting us Shawna. I hope to rent your place this winter for ski season.

This was a beautiful stay in Panorama! Wonderful view of the mountains, right in front of the gondola, and VERY big. It had a ton of space for a one bedroom condo. I highly recommend the stay!

Overall very comfortable place! Two balconies, two bathrooms, comfy bed and couch, and nice big kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils/pots/pans. It had everything we needed and we had access to the ski resort's amenities! Radium hot springs is about a 30 min drive, and a 2h drive from Banff/Lake Louise. Shawna was a great host. She was incredibly accommodating and had very quick response times.

Shawna’s place was perfect. Very comfortable, nice kitchen and living area. Has a nice view of the ski hill, we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Shawna was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Shawna’s place. It had everything we needed; it also had one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The location’s incredible: it’s steps from everything, and had we stayed there during ski season we’d have been 30 seconds from Mile 1 Express. Shawna’s a brilliant host - she responded to every message within minutes. We can’t wait for our next visit.
