This unique and luxurious oversized one-bedroom condo at Ski Tip Lodge is an absolute rare find in Panorama. Overlooking the chairlift area with two private patios, you are guaranteed great mountain views! There's a full bathroom, half bathroom, large open plan living space, a king bed, and a large kitchen. All in all, this mountainside condo is a diamond. Excellent location and totally luxurious. We know our condo will not disappoint.
The space
Entering into this extra large one-bedroom condo you immediately see a large and fully renovated home. Immediately to your right is a closet and the kitchen is on your left.
KITCHEN AND DINING
A lovely large open-concept kitchen with all the large and small appliances you expect in a modern kitchen. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and coffee for you to use during your stay. At the kitchen counter, you will find some bar stool seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is the four-seater wooden dining table.
LOUNGE
Here you will find an exceptionally comfortable leather sectional. There's also a large TV with Shaw Direct cable.
PATIOS
Both patios overlook the ski hill. The views are uninterrupted and quite wonderful. The patio off the lounge area has a high table and chairs.
BATHROOMS
You will find the half bathroom on your left as you enter the condo, and the full bathroom is located just off the master bedroom. The full bathroom has a tub-shower combo, and we supply hotel-quality towels and locally sourced body wash/shampoo for you to use during your stay.
BEDROOM
The large master bedroom has a king bed, TV with cable, gas fireplace, stacked laundry, a small patio overlooking the ski hill, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite. You will find the WIFI router under the bedside table. For your comfort, the bed is dressed in hotel-quality linens.

Guests have access to the whole condo and all resort amenities.

Please note, the owners of this home have a dog that sometimes stays. However, guests are not permitted to bring their pets. Fines will be issued if there is evidence of an unauthorized pet stay.
The Awning on the Patio should remain closed. If you do need it out, PLEASE don't forget to put it back in. Wind will damage it.
Do not leave windows open when unattended as dust / pollen makes its way in very easily when the wind picks up.
The unit stays coolest with the blinds down and the windows closed.
Please do not sit on the back of the couch as it damages the head rests.
The communal BBQs are only available during the summer and winter months due to increased bear activity in the spring and fall.

House Rules
- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit
- No pets
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- The awning on the patio should remain closed when not in use as the wind will damage it.
- Do not leave windows open when unattended as dust/pollen makes its way in very easily when the wind picks up.
- Do not sit on the back of the couch as it damages the headrests.
- Do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property.
- Please dispose of all your own garbage during your stay with us (including at checkout) as there are no local garbage collection services.
- Please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. There have been several blockages cleared this year due to wipes and grease.
- Additionally, please do not put grease, of any kind, down any sink drains.
Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house or Strata rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
