After a busy day exploring Panorama resort, you can kick back and relax in this calm and stylish condo in the Ski Tip Lodge. Conveniently located adjacent to the Village Gondola, and steps away from the slopes, getting around Panorama couldn't be easier. With multiple beds with trundle beds, this condo is the perfect place for families or groups of friends.

The space

ENTRANCE
As you walk into this beautiful condo yo arrive into the main living area with the kitchen to your left. The condo is designed with an open plan concept, and has two separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
There are all the large appliances you would expect in a family kitchen, a NEW French door fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, drip coffee machine, toaster, and dishwasher. There is plenty of space and kitchen equipment to whip up a light snack or hearty meal after a busy day at Panorama Resort. Additionally, there is a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans (with grinder) for your use.

In the closet near the kitchen you will find a water cooler that you can use (please bring own jugs). Within the closet you will also find a boot dryer that you are welcome to use.

DINING AREA
Adjacent to the kitchen counter is a large live-edge wooden dining table that seats six people. There is comfortable upholstered corner seating, and two extra chairs.

LOUNGE
After a busy day you will be able to unwind and relax in the tranquil lounge area. The spacious lounge has a very large corner sofa, picturesque windows with tree views, a round storage coffee table (you will find extra linens and blankets in here), and a TV with an Apple TV system.
There is a new portable AC unit in the main living area next ti the patio door.

PATIO
Just off the lounge area is the private patio with full size electric BBQ, heater, and seating.

BATHROOMS
Relax and unwind at the end of a busy day in the beautifully decorated bathroom just off the main living area. There is a tub with shower over, hotel quality towels, and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo. There is also an ensuite for the master bedroom (information is below).

BEDROOMS
You will find one bedroom with two twin beds, and each has a trundle bed underneath. You will find spare linens in the closet. There is also a wall mounted LG TV. Across the main living area you will find the king size master bedroom. There are light and noise cancelling curtains (thermal insulated), a walk in closet, and a stunning ensuite. The bathroom has a shower, hotel quality towels, and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo.

THE RESORT
Panorama Resort is a ski and golf resort located in the Purcell Mountains of British Columbia, Canada. It is a popular destination for skiing and snowboarding in the winter months, offering over 2,800 acres of skiable terrain. In the summer, visitors can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and golfing on the resort's 18-hole championship golf course. Furthermore, the resort also offers a range of dining and shopping options. Panorama Resort is a great destination for outdoor enthusiasts looking for an unforgettable vacation experience.

House Rules

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am
- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit
- No pets (unless you are in a pet-friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations
- Please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. There have been several blockages cleared this year due to wipes and grease.
- Additionally, please do not put grease, of any kind, down any sink drains.
- Please dispose of all your own garbage during your stay with us (including at checkout) as there are no local garbage collection services.

Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Great location at the base of the mountain. For our family of four, this was the perfect setup for a couple days of skiing. The condo was well appointed, and the beds/linens were really comfortable—we had everything we needed. We could not fit our SUV with ski box in the underground parking, so we left our car in the upper parking lot during the entire stay. There was a little late night noise due to the folks below, but given it was a Saturday night that was to be expected. The master bedroom faces the top of the gondola, but it was not an issue for noise, etc. For great pizza, try Alto a few steps away as the food was wonderful (make a reservation as it’s pretty jammed). The ski locker downstairs worked great as well, easily fit 4 pairs of skis and poles… would for sure stay again if we head back to Pano!

The place was clean and attractive. The unit is in the base lodge for the mountain. Very cool! We walked to the lifts, 2 restaurants and the ski shop. The tv was frustrating. We just wanted to see the weather and watch news but it was not available on the Apple TV that was provided. Each time we wanted to watch something else we were charged. There is a lot of outside noise because the air conditioner is still vented out the window. Even though it was winter. They only provide one room key, was not ideal. I would stay again for the location alone.

We stayed for 3 nights over Christmas. Home was modern, nicely furnished and cozy. For hitting the slopes, the location can’t be beat! The communal hot tubs were a nice amenity. The shower didn’t get as hot as we would’ve liked and the Wi-Fi was very slow. Other than that it was a great stay.

Fun stay! Shawna is an excellent host! It is in a very good location, close to the restraunts and also the ski lifts. There are a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but the unit is well equipped, and very cozy and comfortable to stay in for our family of 4.

Shawna was very helpful and responsible. The place itself is great with just a few small details/challenges that I will discuss. -it has been very nicely renovated and the layout is great for a small family, including two generous size bedrooms, two baths including an ensuite in the master, a useful kitchen (the only appliance we used was the fridge), and a large balcony. -very secure, parking and the building are behind secure swipe card doors. You get the cards at check in which is very easy. Just remember to bring a card anytime you leave the unit! -Located very central in the little village. Only a moments walk to the TBar, Alto, the coffee shop, gym etc. and a short walk to the the pools. The only challenge with the location is the noise. The Gondola bells and the voices of the operators are literally right outside your window. So you can’t sleep past 8am (this probably isn’t an issue in the winter when the windows are closed). This was really my only material issue.

Great unit for our family! Located right at the hill basewith a lot of summer amenities surrounding the building and easy access to pool, mini-golf and kids activities as well as restaurants. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we also enjoyed the deck space in the evening. Would also love to stay again in the winter.

Shawna saved our stay in Panorama as our originally-booked space was not cleaned when we arrived (hours after checkin time). On a Sunday evening no less, Shawna and I were able to communicate and get us into a pristine condo very quickly! The space is tastefully and decorated with a modern theme. The location of the condo is fantastic, go up the stairs and you're in the main lodge with the lift ticket sales, a restaurant that is open for breakfast through a little bit of apres ski, the retail shop, and steps away from the main lifts. Steps away from a couple other resort restaurants for dinner. The price per night seemed a little better compared to other places in Panorama (we paid the same as our original reservation but got a full extra bedroom and bathroom!), although in general prices here seemed a bit higher than other locations in BC we skied. Best of all, Panorama was our favorite mountain for skiing of the three we visited on our trip!
