Relax with the whole family or teammates in this bright, corner unit at Taynton Lodge. A bright, modern, and comfortable condo with tasteful décor and comfortable furnishings. There is a stone shower, deep bath tub, relaxing leather sofas, large deck with sectional, private BBQ, gas fireplace, queen bunks and private queen sized bedroom with ensuite: this condo has it all! The communal gym and hot tub are located on the same floor as this beautiful condo. You will also find underground parking.
The space
This condo is located on the second floor at Taynton lodge, so, you will have easy access to the fitness centre hot tub. Just take the elevator up to the second floor, and turn right and follow the hallway to the left, and keep left until you reach this beautiful corner condo. On the way you will pass the entrance to the fitness centre.
MAIN LIVING AREA
As you enter the condo you will appreciate the amount of natural light immediately due to the large number of windows. Immediately to your left is the cosy, yet practical modern fully equipped kitchen. There is an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. We even supply fresh coffee beans and grinder, just bring your creamer! Furthermore, we also supply cooking oil, salt, and pepper for your personal use.
The kitchen counter has four stools, and is the perfect place for breakfast or a morning coffee. Near the kitchen is a large wooden table for six.
The lounge area has plenty of comfy sofas, wall mounted TV, gas fireplace for those cold evenings, and plenty of natural light.
BALCONY
You also have access to the private balcony from the main living area. This is another comfy zone to chill and unwind after a busy day at the Panorama Resort. Relax on the corner sofa, or fire up the BBQ and take in the mountain views. Please note, you will need to bring your own small green propane canister.
BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms in this corner condo, each dressed in hotel quality bedlinens for that luxury feel. One bedroom has a double bunk bed (both beds are doubles) and plenty of storage. The other is the master bedroom with a queen sized bed, wall mounted TV and ensuite. The ensuite has a bath with shower over, wall mounted hairdryer, and is stocked with high quality towels, and locally made hand soap and bodywash/shampoo.
Please note, at Taynton Lodge you can walk out of the unit and to the slope - it truly is a ski in/out building.
Guest access
Guests have access to underground parking, 2nd floor gym and semi private hot tub for Taynton guests only. Access to the Springs' swimming pool and resort tennis courts is seasonal.
Ski and bike storage is available in the building: please bring your own locks for the locker and bikes.
Candy Shack for the children is open during peak season. There is Lusti's for specialty coffees, a gear rental shop, children's playground, and much more at Panorama.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna and gym are subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.
If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking.
Guests will need to bring their own small green propane canisters for the private Coleman BBQ on the deck. Alternately, there are many shared BBQ areas in the Upper Village for all guests to use. Please be respectful of these shared spaces.
The BBQs are only available during the summer and winter months due to increased bear activity in the spring and fall.
Please note, the owners of this home have a dog that sometimes stays. However, guests are not permitted to bring their pets. Fines will be issued if there is evidence of an unauthorized pet stay.

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am
- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
- Please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. There have been several blockages cleared this year due to wipes and grease.
- Additionally, please do not put grease, of any kind, down any sink drains.
- Please dispose of all your own garbage during your stay with us (including at checkout) as there are no local garbage collection services.
Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, Panorama Resort may need to close resort amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.
