This cozy, moutain inspired condo is located in the sought after Panorama Springs building. Quiet, ground level condo with pool/hot tub access, full kitchen, private patio, and fireplace make this a great getaway for family or a fun weekend with friends. During the ski season you can even ski in and out of the Springs' building.
The space
You will find everything you need in this quiet and lovely sized condo.ENTRANCE
As you walk into this light filled condo you will feel right at home. There is a small closet with ironing board and hanging space.
OPEN PLAN LIVING
The kitchen is immediately to your right, and comes fully equipped for you to whip up a meal or snack. You will find cooking oil, salt, pepper, and even fresh coffee beans for use during your stay. The great sized kitchen counter gives you plenty of space to prepare a delicious meal.
The four guest dinning table is adjacent to the kitchen counter, which is next to the sofa. In the lounge area is a gas fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, comfortable furnishings, and access to a small private balcony with bistro set.
MASTER BEDROOM
A brand new King sized bed awaits you in this tranquil bedroom.
Bed linen for the hideaway sofa bed can be found in the closet, along with blankets, pillows and a small fan.
BATHROOM
There is a standard bath rub with shower over, and vanity unit. Hotel quality towels and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo are all provided for you to use.
BALCONY - CHILD SAFETY
Please note extra care should be taken with small children on the balcony because just over the railings is the underground parking lot access. Please see photos for reference, and the height of the balcony area to the ground.

The communal BBQs are only available during the summer and winter months due to increased bear activity in the spring and fall.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 10pm - 7 am- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
- Please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. There have been several blockages cleared this year due to wipes and grease.
- Additionally, please do not put grease, of any kind, down any sink drains.
Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, Panorama Resort may need to close resort amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

Toto ubytovani mohu vsem doporucit. Pokoje vypadaly presne jako jako na fotkach, ubytovani bylo ciste, kuchyn vybavena. Vyzdvihla bych klidne prostredi a hezky vyhled a take velmi jasne pokyny pro ubytovani, prijezd/odjezd.
Stayed here for a week and had an absolutely amazing time, will be recommending and hopefully returning!

Great spot for a short ski stay. Very short walk to the lifts and can ski right up to the door of the condo. Hot tubs/pool accessible right from the building. Good value for money.

Loved our stay, location is great, right in the upper village, beside the main hot pools and close to the restaurants and ski lifts. Heated parking garage during the cold winter was also so great!

We had an excellent experience, really enjoyed the underground parking and close (indoor) proximity to the pools. The condo was the perfect size and very comfortable to be in with the fireplace and mountain views from the balcony.
Place is well located on the mountain with indoor parking which makes it convenient for MTB and skiing. Ameneties are nice (spa, pool, sauna!)

Our stay was great! It was super easy to check in, parking was good and the place was welcoming clean and had everything we needed. The ski in and ski out aspect was the best part and made for two great days of skiing. We will return!
We where happy with the host and the spot but our check-in got mixed up so it caused a 40 minute wait at 11pm. The host was available and handled it.

Great location! It’s real ski in/ski out. The unit is on the ground level, very close to garage and ski locker! Helps if you have many luggage like we do. The pool access is on the same level as well. Kitchen has everything we need.

Ryland was a great, helpful and responsive host. Panorama is a great family ski destination, and Ryland's place is right in the middle, true ski in/ski out, right on the beautiful Panorama Springs.

Ryland's condo on the hill was quiet, clean and comfortable. Communication was quick and easy. Ryland took care of things in a friendly and efficient manner. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
with the king size bed and the hot pools right down the hall I couldn't have needed anything more after a day on the hill
