This classic Hearthstone townhome has been recently refreshed. Store your bikes and golf clubs securely in the entryway of the unit. This unit is ideally located in the upper village, has full access to all the resort amenities including the Panorama Springs pools and hot tubs, and is ski in / ski out! From 3 September 2024 our property listing will show as pet friendly.

We highly suggest that you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Our Airbnb guests can opt out of this insurance but for all other booking platforms this insurance policy is compulsory.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations.
- Please dispose of all your own garbage during your stay with us (including at checkout) as there are no local garbage collection services.
- Please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. There have been several blockages cleared this year due to wipes and grease.
- Additionally, please do not put grease, of any kind, down any sink drains.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, Panorama Resort may need to close resort amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

Family of 6 had a great stay. It was very warm while we were there and it was hard to sleep because no ac in building. Other than that the place was very clean and spacious and had comfortable beds and furniture.

Ryland was a great host, and the condo was absolutely perfect for 6 people. we all had enough space, great location, quiet and close to hot pools and chair lifts.

Great spacious townhouse, just steps from the base and the pools. We really appreciated all the family friendly inclusions like the baby gate, the great collection of kids books and the kid friendly cups.
A great few days in a very comfortable well located townhome in the heart of Panorama village.
This is one of the nicer places we’ve stayed in Panorama. Lots of bedrooms made it a great family getaway. Kitchen is well equiped. Nice deck off the living area. Close to pools and lift area.
Had a great stay at Ryland's townhouse. He was very responsive to any questions we had, and the home was comfortable and as described.
Ryland is a great host, very easy to communicate with and his home is excellent- very organized and well kept
We enjoyed our stay! It’s a short 3 minute walk to the lifts. The beds are super comfy and the home is well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay again.
