Within Steps of the Mile 1 Express Chair, Ski Tip is the perfect accommodation for those who are seeking ski in/ski out with a view of the ski runs. Guest Services (information), The great hall, Toques & Tracks (ski store), and the Ski School are located in the lobby.

The space

This unit faces the ski runs and is located in the upper village close to the largest slope side hot tub/pools. This one bedroom has a hide a bed and sleep 4 people.

Guest access

The upper village is connected with the lower Village via a people mover.
All amenities offered in Panorama Mountain Village are within walking distance of this accommodation. Under ground parking is available on first come first service bases. If required outdoor parking is close by.

House Rules

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am
- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit
- No pets (unless you are in a pet-friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations.
- Please dispose of all your own garbage during your stay with us (including at checkout) as there are no local garbage collection services.
- Please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. There have been several blockages cleared this year due to wipes and grease.
- Additionally, please do not put grease, of any kind, down any sink drains.

Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, Panorama Resort may need to close resort amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

My only critique of this stay is that the king bed is 2 twins side-by-side, which not only is uncomfortable but also makes you roll into the centre like a deflated air mattress can. Additionally, there was snow clearing outside the window at 7:30am which woke us up and was quite loud. However, these 2 things were minimal in comparison to the overall stay so still 5 stars and would stay here again.

Everything was good. Ryland is great host. I believe the place good be priced just a bit cheaper because the apartments are a bit old but otherwise everything was fantastic.

Perfect location. Made it easy for us to enjoy the surroundings. Elevator maintenance made it difficult at first to get up and down the building. But we eventually figured it out. Ryland was kind and attentive when we called upon him for assistance. Really nice stay.

Exactly as described. Beautiful mountain view, a few steps from the hot springs you can actually see them from the balcony. I look forward to coming back in the winter season!

We had a great stay. It was our first time staying in the area so all the recommendations were very helpful. The pools were a HUGE hit with my toddler. Beautiful area. We will be coming back again to stay here again in the future!

This is our 4th time at Panorama and we really enjoyed it. The apartment has a great view of the ski hill. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots and pans, cutlery, dishwasher pods, etc. Also, lots of extra bedding and towels if you needed them. Looks like the pictures. There were two fans in the unit and the unit did get quite warm, so we did use them to cool it down for the evening. Great proximity to the pool and fun to watch what was happening on the hill. Would stay again.

We had such a fabulous time at Ryland's place. It was the perfect location and space for my family and I. Ryland was super quick to respond to questions and even had the coffee maker that we had noticed was broken replaced within a few hours. It was the perfect weekend away in the mountains. Thanks Ryland! We will absolutely be back.

The condo was super cute! Amazing location, can watch the skiers from your window. Had one small issue with the ski locker but communication was fast and taken care of. Would definitely stay there again.

Ryland was a good host. He was so responsive providing us with helpful information for our arrival, checkin and stay. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. Check-out was early 10am without any flexibility unless you pay for every extra hour. The apartment was very clean but beds are uncomfortable without enough sheets/blankets. The location is great, short walk to lift, hot pool and restaurants. The ski locker was useless with wrong code provided. Overall a good place; we had a great time in Panorama.

Thanks Ryland, we enjoyed our Ski Getaway, the only draw back was the check out time at 10am and the annoying automated emails asking for more money to extend the check out at $25 per extra hour. Please also note the pre registration and optional damage insurance and waiver is a little misleading, we ended up paying an extra $25 for un necessary damage insurance because the “optional” option wasn’t very clear. Other than that everything else was fine, great location. Thank you.

Panorama is a beautiful place to visit. This condo was a perfect place for my husband and I. We could see the view of the ski slop from our deck. It was a 5 minute walk to the hot pools.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ryland’s! He was very responsive and the place was nice. We went the weekend after the lift closed for biking, so the resort was very quiet, but great location for a stay during ski or biking season.

Ryland was a great host. Responded to any questions very quickly. Place was nice and clean. Balcony is a bit loud during the day just due to location being close to pool and summer activities, but location was nice because it was close to everything things stayed quiet until about 10am

Everything was great except the checkout process. We had intended to ski on Sunday as I’m sure most weekend guests would. The checkout process was massively inconvenient. The keys had to be returned to the check in building which was not close to the building at all. To have to make guests drive back down to the check in building only to have to drive back up to the parking lot and have the lots full was a massive inconvenience on our day. We should have been able to leave the key cards in the room and it would have saved us 30 mins.
