This spacious two bedroom condo with AC features a king bed in the master bedroom, underground parking, and access to the communal laundry facilities. It's the perfect place for a couple or family to get away to the mountains all year round. As part of your stay resort amenities are included when open, and you will have access to the hot tubs, pools and on site sauna. There's so much to do at Panorama Resort you'll look forward to retreating to this comfortable and cozy condo each day.

The space

As you exit the main building's elevator the property is located down the hall to the right. You will need key cards that can be collected from guest services within the Panorama Resort Central Check In.

MAIN LIVING AREA
As you enter the property you will immediately notice the amount of light and valley views through the large lounge windows. The property has been beautifully designed around an open plan concept, yet has a separate king bedroom and bathroom. And another Queen bedroom and second bathroom. We know you will feel right a home here.

There is a fully equipped and spacious kitchen. Within, you will find all the large and small appliances you could need for your stay. The cupboards are stocked with pots, pans, and all the utensils you will need. There is also cooking oil, salt, and pepper for your use. Additionally, if you love fresh coffee in the mornings then you will totally appreciate the complimentary coffee packets and drip machine for your use. Just bring your whitener of choice!

There is a nice sized dining table that can comfortably seat four.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, tasteful décor, and a large TV next to the gas fireplace. Next to the gas fireplace is a new portable AC unit sized appropriately for the living area. From the lounge area there is a door leading to the sheltered private balcony area. This is a great place for you to enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast, or afternoon drink while you admire the wonderful valley views.

MASTER BEDROOM
The king bedroom is tastefully decorated and furnished. The linens are of hotel quality, so, we know you will feel relaxed in no time.

ENSUITE BATHROOM
There is a bath tub with shower over, and large mirror behind the sink. You will also find hotel quality towels, locally made hand soap and bodywash/shampoo, and a hairdryer.

2ND BEDROOM
The Queen bedroom is tastefully decorated and furnished. The linens are of hotel quality, so, we know you will feel relaxed in no time.

MAIN BATHROOM
The main bathroom is updated and located just inside the entry door to the left. It features a large glass shower and local soap and shampoo.

PATIO
This beautiful deck overlooks the mountain with direct views of Founder’s Ridge area, directly in and the ski hill to the right. It has been colourfully remodelled and features a True Infrared Electric BBQ, a love-seat, end tables, privacy lattice with solar lights, plants and throw blankets.
(Please note, the BBQ Grille should not be scraped with a wire brush. It easily comes off to wash with the dishes.)

COMMUNAL AREAS
As part of your stay, you will also have access to the communal Panorama Springs hot tubs, pools, and on site sauna. Occasionally these areas need to under go maintenance, or could be closed at short notice. As you can appreciate, we have no control over this. Please see the Panorama Resort website for full details on these resort facilities.

SKI IN/OUT
If you're looking for a modern, two bedroom ski in/out condo at Panorama, then this is definitely the unit for you!

The BBQ Grille should NOT be scraped. It comes off easily and fits in the sink to wash.

The BBQs are only available during the summer and winter months due to increased bear activity in the spring and fall.
